STOCKBELA — DATA CHECKLIST

No file or payment is needed for the first request. Choose "Not sure" if you
do not know whether a record exists. We confirm useful analysis is possible,
scope, delivery date and cancellation/refund terms before payment.

ONE STOCK LOCATION / ONE ROW PER VARIANT SKU
The optional one-time review covers up to 50 SKUs at one location.
Keep each size/color separate with its own unique SKU. Never mix locations.

THE FOUR RECORDS
1. Current stock: Shopify inventory export, the selected location and snapshot
   date/time. Use available stock, not an unrelated total of inventory states.
2. Sales: units sold for each selected SKU at that same location. Match the
   recent and full history windows. Do not send buyer or order-level records.
3. Time in stock: verified time each SKU was available during those windows.
   Known whole-day totals can be entered manually. Partial-day records use
   the free availability helper, which retains exact seconds in its worksheet.
   The helper needs complete, verified intervals (including zero-stock time),
   not isolated snapshots or an unconverted movement log. It blocks gaps and
   overlaps; it does not invent missing history.
4. Supplier lead time: expected days until a new order is ready to sell.
   Confirm with your supplier; do not fill an unknown value with zero.

MATCH THE WINDOWS
The helper uses rolling 24-hour days ending at your chosen timestamp; copy
its exact sales-window notes. Local calendar exports can differ, especially
around daylight-saving changes. Do not silently substitute another period.
The scanner needs at least 7 equivalent recent in-stock days for a stockout
or reorder estimate. A new or sparsely observed SKU may have insufficient data.

A SYNTHETIC EXAMPLE
63 units sold / 10.5 verified in-stock days = 6 units per in-stock day.
63 / 30 calendar days = 2.1. The latter dilutes the observed rate with time
the item was unavailable. Neither result reconstructs actual lost sales;
promotions, seasonality and substitution can change future demand.

IF DATA IS MISSING
Ask about the gap before paying. A current stock export cannot establish past
availability. Do not enter assumed 30/90-day totals. A review may be unsuitable
until the missing record is available. Complete log reconstruction, Shopify
integration and lost-sales modelling are not included in the one-time review.

SHARE ONLY WHAT IS NEEDED
Free scans run in your browser. For a paid manual review we separately agree
the minimum SKU-level records and a private sharing method. No passwords,
admin access, customer details or payment-card information. Your request is
not sent until you review and press Send in your own email service.
